I hardly have words for how much this in-home engagement session means to me. Emma and Greg are such a sweet couple and completely opened their home and hearts to me for their East Vancouver engagement session, not even batting an eyelash when I asked them to tell each other why they’re excited to get married. I cried. Seriously. But I also used my camera to hide my face so they didn’t know (because I’m just that cool).
We started their engagement session in their East Vancouver apartment, which, as you can see is insanely cute and perfectly styled (thanks Anthropologie). We fawned over their doggy, sat in the sunlight and poured our hearts out about how much we love to love. It was nerdy and beautiful and my favourite way to spend an afternoon with new friends.
Once I’d had them cuddle in every corner of their home we piled into their car and headed to Pacific Spirit Park for a wander through the trees while their pup tried in vain to make new friends with a particularly fluffy squirrel. The sun was shining through the treetops, the air smelled like summer and my white shoes made it out alive (mostly).
Thank you for being such fun and willing lovebirds you two! I can’t wait till your weddinnnnng!
